In the early 1990s, Karnak embarked on its journey by constructing several residential buildings in Alexandria. Our initial success stemmed from a steadfast commitment to our core values, which helped establish a solid reputation for reliability, meticulous planning, efficient space utilization, and a strong potential for integrated development. Over the years, Karnak has developed a total built-up area of 400,000 m², delivered 3,150 units, and has 2,560 units currently in the delivery pipeline.
