Since its inception in November 2022, Jawad Developments has been contributing to the development of urban communities in the 6th of October City. In May 2023, we launched our first project, surpassing all industry standards and making a real impact in the real estate market.
Jawad Developments is a collaborative venture between two main partners: Dr. Adel Atef Abd El Gawad, a prominent figure in the import and export industry, and Eng. Sami Eisa, the owner of a highly regarded construction company that was previously based in Qatar.
